Back when we learned that we were expecting, the hubs and I

talked about ways to document our pregnancy.

We decided on making t-shirts with iron on numbers, and taking a photo each month.

I haven't shared any belly photos yet, but now that it's actually noticeable,

thought I'd give you all a little peek!

At almost 23 weeks, people are starting to say "are you expecting,"

which I always thought was a bit risky to say to a woman,

but thankfully they are right!

Maternity pants and dresses (especially with this 90+ degree weather) are in full effect, but

I'm loving that the trends these days include flowy, tunic style tops,

because I haven't had to buy many of those ... yet. 

I can't believe we're past the half way mark - little girl will be here before we know it!

We're back from a couple days at Higgins, and all I can say is that two days is not enough. Two days at the lake with family, and 12 hours in the car is just not right. It was great getting out of the city, but baby girl and I are not really fans of long car rides. So, hopefully next time the time away will be more than double the drive time!

Ready for another update?

How far along? 22 weeks.

Total weight gain? 10-12 lbs.

Maternity clothes? Pants and dresses. 

Stretch marks? Nope.

Sleep? Mostly good. I finally found a comfortable medium between my back and side. I've also been staying up later which is helping me sleep more soundly. 

Best moment this week? Family time at Higgins!

Miss anything? Not really. 

Movement? Yes, lots of kicks now. Although baby girl is really shy, and whenever someone else tries to check it out she immediately stops. 

Food cravings? Not really craving anything specific. I enjoy lemonade still, and a good root beer! Ice cream has also been making it's way into our house more now that it's so hot outside. 

Anything making you queasy or sick? No.

Labor signs? No.

Symptoms? Small headaches here and there.

Belly Button in or out? In.

Wedding rings on or off? On.

Happy or moody most of the time? Happy, although I have been a bit sensitive lately. And, the car ride today was a bit much for me and the little lady. 

Looking forward to? Another fun Bump Club event on Tuesday. 

It's time to get to bed, and hopefully sleep well before another Monday.

Well, the day finally arrived, and after much anticipation, we got to find out the sex of our little munchkin.

Meet Noelle Irene Silverman, everyone!

And, her feet, because the shot was just too cute :)

We're very excited to finally share the news with everyone. Will keep you updated as always.

20 weeks has finally arrived! This last week was the slowest so far. The anticipation of finding out the babies sex has definitely gotten to us.

How far along? 20 weeks.

Total weight gain? 10 lbs.

Maternity clothes? Still mostly pants. I did recently pick up a couple dresses too. 

Stretch marks? Nope.

Sleep? Sleeping pretty good. Starting to stay up later to ensure I can sleep through the night.

Best moment this week? A relaxing girls afternoon with Kristen. Organizing at her new (my old) apartment, lunch and mani/pedis :)

Miss anything? Nothing in particular.

Movement? Yes, lots of wiggles now!

Food cravings? No new cravings really. Still enjoying lemonade, and have been trying some new root beers as well. Whole Foods has some delicious caffeine free varieties.

Anything making you queasy or sick? No.

Gender prediction? Still think it's a boy, but luckily we get to find out on Tuesday! Get your predictions in folks. Will it be team pink or team blue?
